Biwei Pan received a Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016. From 2017 till 2021, he worked at Huawei as a senior design engineer of photonic integrated chips. Now, he hold a postdoctoral position at UGent-IMEC, where his research is focused on heterogeneous integration of III-V semiconductors with silicon waveguide circuits.Specific Research Topics
